Course overview
Project is an aggregative discipline that allows the completion of degree and integrates the knowledge and skills acquired in the other course disciplines. The student should have participated on the disciplines of basic sciences cross different areas of engineering, as subjects of expertise, to obtain the required knowledge and the foundations for the Project. The Project can be developed in a group of two students supervised by an ISEP teacher, or be individual and conducted in a company with the guidance of an ISEP teacher and a company supervisor. Project aims to provide students with the key contact in a team environment, with a specific problem, so similar and close to reality as possible to those who will find in your future work. Carrying out of the application, study and synthesis of knowledge domains that characterize the course with a view to creating greater added value techniques. The aim of the discipline is also to complement the knowledge and skills acquired during the course. Acquisition of skills in communication, autonomy and teamwork. The work will be developed in areas as diverse as the Board, Management and Supervision of Works, Planning and Project Management, Quality Management, Environment and Security, the preparation of studies and projects in various specialties civil engineering structures such as, Building Physics, Geotechnics, Hydraulic and Roads.

Use of ALIEN services and tools
This course is expected to allow the student to integrate all the knowledge acquired in the programme in a project. The pedagogical methodology is project-based learning. First the need or the problem is introduced and students search the information required to produce a more concrete problem statement. Then students present potential solutions which are analysed by the teachers. Students then develop their solutions (this can actually take place outside of the school, in a work environment) team. Course ends with presenting the solution.
