Use of ALIEN services and tools

The active learning part of the course was based on the flipped classroom method and is performed using Dropbox® technology for synchronous reporting among team members. Students worked in groups to perform review testing. More specifically, students performed examination and reporting exercises for building better understanding on the basic principles of the review tests on a given artefact. Team members were assigned a role based on the review process and acted accordingly. At the end of the activity students submitted forms documenting their decision on the defect status of the artefact. The activity took place in the TEALS laboratory, where students used the writable surfaces.
